Dame Hilary Boulding is President of Trinity College. She can be contacted through the Personal Assistant to the President, Alexandra Evans, who deals with all enquiries relating to the President and is the Secretary to the Governing Body.
The Dean, Professor James McDougall, is responsible for good order in the college, and the welfare of its members.
Director of Development
Sue Broers is the Director of Development, responsible for fund raising and alumni relations.
Interim Domestic Bursar
Linda Irving-Bell, the Interim Domestic Bursar, is responsible for management of the college’s buildings, domestic operations and HR.
Chris Ferguson is the Estates Bursar, the senior financial officer of the college.
Professor Valerie Worth , the Senior Tutor, is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of the college’s academic activities.
Welfare Dean and Chaplain
The Welfare Dean and Chaplain is the Revd Canon Dr Emma Percy. She is responsible for the welfare of all students, of any faith or none.
Graduate and Academic Administrator
Sarah McKeown is responsible for administration relating to postgraduates (admissions and on course), all grants to students and academic appointments.

Isabel Lough is responsible for all administration relating to undergraduates’ tuition on course and examinations.

Clare Hopkins maintains the college archives, which date from the foundation of the college in 1555.
Sharon Cure is responsible for ordering, cataloguing and maintaining the Library’s and Old Library’s holdings.

Sarah Beal organises alumni events and graduations.
Alumni Relations Officer
Tom Knollys edits the Newsletter, the Report and the website, and generally deals with enquiries from Old Members.
Miriam Hallatt is responsible for the annual fundraising campaign and telethons.
Nasera Cummings is the college Accountant.
Fees and Battels Administrator
Jessica Andrews, the Fees and Battels Administrator, deals with all matters relating to academic fees and charges.
Mandy Giles is the Domestic Manager. She oversees all matters relating to college housekeeping and student and other accommodation.
Conference and Functions Administrator
Louise Turner deals with conferences and summer schools, and the booking of rooms for dinners and other social events and functions, both in and out of term.
Paul Lawrence, the Head Gardener, deals with all matters relating to the college gardens.
Alison Nicholls, the College Nurse, attends the college surgery (Staircase 1) every weekday during term: Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri. 12.30 – 14.15, Wed. 10.30 – 13.15. Appointments to see one of the college doctors can be made through the nurse.
