Andrew Hooper

As Clerk of Works, I am responsible for the maintenance, repair, development and refurbishment of the Trinity estate. This includes management of college Health & Safety and Fire Safety, ensuring that College policy and procedure is compliant with relevant statutory guidance. I also help manage contractors and work to Trinity’s historic estate as well as new projects, and implement and manage approved environmental sustainability initiatives.

Before coming to Trinity I worked within the University of Oxford’s Estates Services department and was responsible for the maintenance and improvement of their residential portfolio as well as the commercial and agricultural estates.
