Profile

I work part-time within the Wellbeing team to provide compassionate and friendly support to students seeking help, advice or signposting for any aspect of their wellbeing.

I have worked in local mental health services for the last decade, in organisations such as Oxfordshire Mind and Restore. Before joining Trinity I worked as a Student Support Officer at Oxfordshire Recovery College, and I continue to tutor on different mental health and wellbeing courses there. I am a trained Mental Health First Aider.

I am an accredited Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, and have been leading courses, retreats, walks and workplace wellbeing sessions since 2017. I specialise in sharing mindfulness and self-compassion skills with people experiencing stress, worry, pain, perfectionism, loneliness and other difficult experiences. I am also a Mindfulness Supervisor, providing guidance to other mindfulness teachers.
