Profile

As the Head of Wellbeing, I lead and develop the implementation of the college's wellbeing policy, strategy and provision, to support students in the course of their studies.

I have a background in safeguarding and extensive experience supporting adults and young people across all aspects of wellbeing, including mental health, substance use and stress. I am passionate about equality and inclusivity and strive to ensure that Trinity college feels welcoming and supportive to all its students. I have a particular interest in finding the right support for widening participation students, estranged and care-experienced students, and those with caring responsibilities.

I am available for one-to-one chats over a cup of tea, advice and signposting to guided self-help and relevant services within College, the University and the NHS. I am available in college throughout the year on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with longer hours during term-time.
