What better way to relax after work, on a Friday evening, than taste award winning beers and learn a little about the brewing process?

We are very pleased to welcome Robert Wicks (1983) of Westerham Brewery in Kent, to take us through a selection of six different canned beers from the brewery's award winning collection. He will also do a short tour of the brewery and answer your questions about the beers and brewing process.

Each tasting kit will contain 6 x 330 ml cans of beer. Plenty for sharing and please make sure you don’t need to drive anywhere afterwards! The cost is £25 including delivery. Unfortunately we can only send tasting kits to mainland Britain addresses.

It is no longer possible to order a tasting kit but if you would like to attend without one then please email Sarah Jenkinson.

About

Westerham Brewery

From the Westerham Brewery website

Established in 2004 by Robert Wicks, the Westerham Brewery Company is proud to bring brewing back to the historic town of Westerham. With a rich brewing heritage, Westerham can once again be proud of locally brewed, top quality real ales.

Producing exceptional craft beer for the local market, the brewery supports the initiative to reduce food miles in the supply chain. Many ‘national brands’ are transported long distances and suffer from poor storage and handling.

Westerham Brewery Company has revived many of the much-loved flavours of the old Black Eagle Brewery, which closed in 1965 following the catastrophic consolidation by the ‘Big Brewers’ in the 1950s.
