Trinity is proud to report that four of its current students have been selected to play for the University in matches taking place in December.
Lewis Anderson and Kieran Ball have been selected for the Varsity team which plays Cambridge on 10 December at Twickenham. Lewis has the enviable record of having played and won four Varsity Matches already. It will be Kieran’s first appearance in a Varsity Match.
Helen Lamb will be part of the women’s Blues team, which will be playing at Twickenham for the first time this year, on the same day as the men’s game. Helen is currently president of OUWRFC.
The college wishes Lewis and Helen well in their games!
Kieran Ball was also selected to play for the Greyhounds, whose match against Cambridge took place at Iffley Road on 2 December. The Greyhounds reclaimed the Varsity 2nd XV crown with a comprehensive 50 points to 5 win over the LX CLub, with Kieran being one of the try scorers.
Ben Lyster-Binns was selected for the Whippets squad, which played against Bristol earlier the same day, winning 29 points to 27.
