Renée Hoekzema
Lecturer in Mathematics

I am a DPhil student in mathematics at Trinity college under the supervision of Professor Ulrike Tillmann. Before I came to Oxford, I studied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at Utrecht University. In 2012 I came to Oxford to read my first DPhil degree in Palaeobiology under the supervision of Professor Martin Brasier.

I teach tutorials in pure mathematics to first- and second-year undergraduate at Trinity College.

My research focuses on the study of manifolds, cobordisms and topological quantum field theories.
