Open Days 2013
Booking for the 2013 Open Days is now available.
For prospective undergraduate applicants interested in applying for entry in 2014 there will be an Open Days on Wednesday 26th June, Thursday 27th June, and Friday 20th September 2013.
The provisional programme of events for these days can be found on this timetable, which will include a chance to meet the tutors in your subject, and a tour from current undergraduate students at Trinity College.
We are no longer accepting bookings for lunch or accommodation on either June 26th or June 27th, but continue to take bookings for subject sessions.
INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:
Please book by filling in the online booking form or e-mailing our Admissions Officer, Mr. Robert Hyland: admissions@trinity.ox.ac.uk
In your e-mail you will need to give the following information: your name, the name of your school/college and your school year, the subject(s) which you are interested in studying at university, and whether you would like to receive lunch (we are currently fully booked for lunch on Wednesday 26th June).
We are able to offer overnight accommodation prior to all the Open Days, for students travelling from over 100 miles away - please let us know your postcode, if you wish to stay overnight. (Please note that we require a £25 cheque to be sent as a deposit for accommodation bookings, which will be returned to you when you register on the Open Day; cheques should be made out to 'Trinity College, Oxford', and sent to 'Robert Hyland, Access and Admissions Officer, Trinity College, Broad Street, Oxford, OX1 3BH'). The deadline for booking accommodation will be June 11th 2013.
Please also let us know if you have any specific dietary or access requirements.
SCHOOL/COLLEGE GROUP BOOKINGS
School teachers are welcome to book for groups of up to six students (and one accompanying teacher) from any school. Please e-mail the admissions officer, Mr. Robert Hyland (admissions@trinity.ox.ac.uk), giving the details requested above.
If you wish to stay in college on the evening beforehand, please note that we require a separate deposit of £25 for each pupil and teacher attending, which will be returned to you when you register on the Open Day; cheques should be made out to 'Trinity College, Oxford', and sent to 'Robert Hyland, Access and Admissions Officer, Trinity College, Broad Street, Oxford, OX1 3BH'.
PARENTS
Parents are very welcome to come with students and look round the grounds. There will also be a talk for parents/guardians by the Senior Tutor. We regret, however, that for reasons of space parents cannot be given accommodation or lunch in Hall, or attend academic sessions with tutors.
