President

Beatrice Graham (beatrice.graham@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Well hello! I'll be your JCR President for the next year meaning that I'm here to represent you and your interests to College and the University. I've got a great committee supporting me so if you have any specific questions or any great ideas please approach any of us and we'll beaver away to make sure things run smoothly. To contact me directly, drop me an email or come up to 16:5 where the door will always be open. Alternatively grab me whenever you see me around college. We're here for you to make Trinity the best place for us to all live and work so never hesitate to get in contact, we want to hear from you.

Treasurer

Fergus Colquhoun (fergus.colquhoun@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hello there! I am your Treasurer for the next year and have the glorious honour of looking after the JCR accounts and staying in charge of all things financial within the JCR. I'll also be supporting Bea and Georgia with their responsibilities in running the JCR committee. If you ever need to see me, I'll normally be around college or in my room in 6/9. If you do have anything I can help you with, financially or otherwise I'm more than happy to listen and help out - I am here to make sure that everyone has the money that they need to keep the JCR running smoothly.

Secretary

Georgia Lynott (georgia.lynott@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hello, I'm your JCR Secretary! I have the exciting job of telling you where to live and who to marry (well, sort of). Aside from the housing and marriage ballots, I'll also be organising college photos, arranging dinners, taking minutes for JCR meetings and generally helping the committee to function effectively. If you want to raise a motion at a general meeting, don't hesitate to let me know (see the Meetings page for more info). Feel free to pop along to 12/3 if you need help putting together a motion and fancy a nice brew (with biscuits, if you're lucky) or drop me an email.

Women's Welfare

Ellie Corbett (eleanor.corbett@trinity.ox.ac.uk)
Alex Duffy (alexandra.duffy@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hello beautiful ladies of Trinity,
We are Ellie and Alex (Duffy), your womens Welfare reps for 2012. Were there for all areas of your life when you might want a bit of support. We can give you sexual health supplies and advice (check out the Welfare page for more details). Just drop us an email and we can pidge you anything you need with extreme discretion and speed.
We both live in College (17.5 and 15.3 on Garden Quad) and so are always nearby whether you want to get supplies personally, or if you want to come in for a chat, a cup of tea, or a cuddle. We are big on cuddles. And chocolate.
Duffy is peer-support trained but we are both confidential and have open minds and ears, so do feel free to talk to us if you need.
On top of this, alongside The Boys we organise two great WELFARE nights out a term: look out for the Facebook events and the posters. Plus, mid-term Welfare is something different every time and a chance for us all to get to know each other across years. Please feel free to suggest any ideas to us that you might have for these events were up for anything.
Do check out all the info on the Welfare page and you know where we live if you want to find us.
Ellie and Alex xxx

Chris Holcroft (christopher.holcroft@trinity.ox.ac.uk)
Finn Crellin (finnlo.crellin@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

We're Finn and Chris - your Men's Welfare reps for the year. If ever you need someone to go to for support, advice or a casual chat to distract you from work, we're your go to men. We've got heaps of sexual health supplies that we're just dying to give out to you - have a look at the Welfare page for more info. You can drop us an email with your requests and we'll descreetly pidge you whatever you need, and its all free! We both live in College (13,1 and 16,4) and we'll be happy to welcome you for tea, coffee or pint for anything you might need. The girls are better at the cuddles but we're pretty good on our man hugs so don't miss out!
As well as being here for you, we are in charge of organising our bi-termly 'WELFAAARE' nights - some of the best nights out you'll ever have at Oxford! Keep a close eye on the Facebook pages and your eyes peeled for our posters in college. We also organise a mid-term welfare event, which can range from going to the greyhounds, watching a football match or Laser Questing. If you have an ideas or proposals for any of these events feel free to get in touch.

Entz

Jack Levy (jack.levy@trinity.ox.ac.uk)
Phoebe Bragg (phoebe.bragg@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hi. Were Jack and Phoebe, your Entz Reps for this year. Our job is to make you forget about the pressures of work at Oxford, by throwing huge parties in the college beer cellar (BOPS), organising out-of-college entertainment and keeping you up to date with whats going on in our beautiful city. Were hoping to branch out a little this year, arranging a diverse array of nights both in and out of college, including pub quizzes, karaoke nights, open mic nights, bar crawls and cultural excursions. Please do get in touch if you have any suggestions for us! Love, as always, Entz.

External Affairs

Ryan Sarsfield (ryan.sarsfield@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hi, Im Ryan and as your External Affairs Rep it is my job to make sure everyones aware of whats happening outside the big blue gates.
Part of my job is to liaise with OUSU on behalf of the JCR. Ill keep everyone informed of issues OUSU are addressing and seek your views through JCR Meetings; Ill also let you know about the various schemes OUSU run to give everyone the chance to get involved.
If you have any issues with a body external to the College (whether in the wider University or Oxford in general) and would like JCR support then dont hesitate to get in touch with me. Ill also keep you all up to date on money saving deals in Oxford through The Broadsheet.
If theres anything you think Trinity should be doing or you have any questions or issues regarding Trinitys relationship with the outside world then drop me a line and Ill do my best to sort it out.

Access & Bursaries Rep

Andrew Bennison (andrew.bennison@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hello! Im Andrew, a second-year historian and your Access and Bursaries Rep. My role primarily involves working with the Access and Admissions Officer to co-ordinate JCR involvement in college access events (school visits, open days etc.), as well as publicising university-wide access events. I also attend the college Grants Committee, and can provide information on bursaries and financial support to current and prospective students. If you would like to get involved with college and university access schemes, or have questions about bursaries (or would just like a chat!), then please feel free to drop me an email, or come and see me in 6/13.

Academic Affairs

Livie Grimshaw (olivia.grimshaw@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hi everyone! Im Livie, your Academic Affairs Rep for 2012. Its my job to support students with any academic concerns in college and (if necessary) to represent them in academic disciplinary proceedings. If youre worried about anything at all tutors, exams, workload, whatever and you would like someone to chat to, please dont hesitate to send me an email or pop in to 16:5 (we have an astonishing array of teas and there will probably be biscuits too). Even if its something really minor Im here to help you.
I will also be working closely with the careers services in order to help anyone applying for jobs or vacation schemes to get the best advice and assistance they need to make a successful application. I'll be inviting companies to come and speak in college throughout the term, so if anyone has a desire to hear from a specific company or job sector please let me know and Ill get on the case!

Diversity

Anna Sambrook (anna.sambrook@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hi! Im Anna, a second-year Germanist and your shiny new Diversity Rep for Hilary and Trinity of this year!
My jobs to make sure all students in college are treated equally and have their needs adequately represented regardless of age, disability, gender, race, faith or sexual orientation. As Diversity Rep I provide a confidential drop-in help and support service (with cake/biscuits/tea!), organise regular events for specific Diversity categories (for example, fortnightly LGBTQ teas), work closely with the peer supporting team and Welfare Reps and keep Trinity informed about university-wide Diversity events.
If youve got any suggestions, ideas or problems, or even just want to have a chat, Id love to hear from you - email me, contact me on Facebook or just drop by 1:6 whenever you want.
Diversity love xx

Environment & Ethics

Ed Birkett (edward.birkett@trinity.ox.ac.uk)

Hi, I'm Ed, I am Trinity's E & E rep for 2012, and am looking forward to continuing where Lui has left off.
I feel recycling is becoming a bigger issue for students, with some having bins a part of a trial and some not. Recycling is going to be my top priority for the year and I will be having discussions with college throughout the year to try and improve the current situation. With students starting to pay for their energy from now on energy efficiency of Trinity's old (and new) buildings will be moving up the agenda. I am keen to look at the data to see where the biggest improvements can be made and then to present this to the college.
If you have any questions or ideas, Id love to hear from you, so please get in touch!
